These terms explain how Nka na Uzu Igbo works and what we expect from everyone who registers. By creating an account, you agree to them.
What Nka na Uzu Igbo does
- Nka na Uzu Igbo collects the details of learners and job seekers so our team can review them and connect people with suitable training and work opportunities.
- We are not a school or a learning platform, and we do not run courses ourselves.
- Registering does not guarantee a place on any training, a job, a trial or any payment.
Your account
- Give your real name and correct contact details.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Use only one account for yourself, and do not register someone else without their permission.
The details you share
- Everything you submit, including your CV and skills, must be true and your own.
- You allow our administrators and authorised staff to review your details so they can contact you about opportunities.
- We handle your details as described in our Privacy policy.
For job seekers
- Your skills may be checked before any offer. This can include questions, tests or a request for more information.
- Passing a check does not by itself mean you will be offered work.
- Any trial work and its pay are set only in a written agreement signed by you and Nka na Uzu Igbo. Nothing on this website replaces that agreement.
- A good trial score can make you eligible for a recommendation, but it is never an automatic job offer.
For learners
- We may suggest courses from Cirolearn, a separate company. Cirolearn's own terms apply when you use its website.
- We do not promise certificates, credits or jobs from any course.
AI suggestions
- The next-steps planner and course suggestions are produced by AI. They are general guidance only and can be wrong.
- Talk to someone you trust before acting on important decisions.
Fair use
- Do not give false information or pretend to be someone else.
- Do not try to see other people's details or enter parts of the site you are not allowed to use.
- Do not upload harmful files or anything that is not yours to share.
Closing an account
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing admin@nkanauzu.com from the address you registered with.
- We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or gives false information.
Changes and the law
- We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell members about important changes.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
